Make setting up your games of Warhammer 40,000 a breeze with this awesome set of six circular Warhammer 40,000 Objective Mats! Just lay them out on your board before the game begins for a streamlined, crystal-clear gaming experience. Each mat lays perfectly flat on your tabletop, clearly showing both the mission's objective and the scoring area you need to contest. No more arguments about whether a model is really in range – these mats make it undeniably clear!

Each high-quality mat features cool artwork of a command overlay, a 40mm central objective marker, and a 3" circle around the outside, perfect for defining those crucial control zones. They're 192.4mm in diameter and a sturdy 0.5mm thick, built to last through countless battles. The top is made from a durable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) material with a matte finish, giving it a premium feel, and the flocked underside keeps them firmly in place, reducing any annoying slippage on your gaming surface. You'll need a copy of the Warhammer 40,000 Core Rules and the Chapter Approved 2025-26: Mission Deck (both sold separately) to fully utilize these objective mats and dominate your next game!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to assemble and paint this?
Yes — most miniature kits come unassembled and unpainted on plastic sprues. You'll need plastic glue, clippers, and paints. We carry everything you need to get started.
What paints and tools do I need?
At minimum: plastic glue, sprue cutters, a primer spray, and a few base paints. We recommend a starter paint set like the Citadel Battle Ready Paint Set for beginners.
Is this a good starting point for the hobby?
Combat Patrol and Starter Sets are designed for new players. They include enough models for a small game and are a great introduction to building and painting.
Do you have a community for this game?
Yes! We host Warhammer game nights at our Downtown San Diego shop. All skill levels welcome — come play, learn, and meet fellow hobbyists.
