The Silent King has returned—and he’s not exactly subtle about it. Szarekh rides into battle on his towering Dais of Dominion, flanked by Triarchal phaerons and defended by floating Menhirs crackling with noctilith energy. On the tabletop, he’s both a force multiplier and a wrecking ball: empowering your Necron legions while blasting enemies apart with a god-tier arsenal. Off the tabletop, he’s one of the most impressive Necron kits to build and paint—part centerpiece, part bragging rights.

This kit builds Szarekh, the Silent King, along with two Triarchal Menhirs. Supplied in 155 plastic components with 1x 100mm round base and 2x 50mm round bases. Miniatures require assembly and painting.

Also in the Necrons series: Wahammer 40k: Necrons - Lychguard, Warhammer 40k Codex: Necrons, Warhammer 40k - Combat Patrol: Necrons, Warhammer 40k Datasheet Cards: Necrons, Warhammer 40k Dice Necrons, Warhammer 40k Necron Immortals, Warhammer 40k: Necrons: Warriors, Warhammer 40k: Necrons - 500 Worlds Battalion, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to assemble and paint this?
Yes — most miniature kits come unassembled and unpainted on plastic sprues. You'll need plastic glue, clippers, and paints. We carry everything you need to get started.
What paints and tools do I need?
At minimum: plastic glue, sprue cutters, a primer spray, and a few base paints. We recommend a starter paint set like the Citadel Battle Ready Paint Set for beginners.
Is this a good starting point for the hobby?
Combat Patrol and Starter Sets are designed for new players. They include enough models for a small game and are a great introduction to building and painting.
Do you have a community for this game?
Yes! We host Warhammer game nights at our Downtown San Diego shop. All skill levels welcome — come play, learn, and meet fellow hobbyists.
