As the galaxy braces for the upcoming Store Championship and the release of “Twilight of the Republic”, join us on Thursday, October 17th, 2024, for an epic Booster Box Challenge! Test your skills in the Premier Constructed format and compete for fantastic prizes, including a booster box of “Shadows of the Galaxy”.

• Date: Thursday, October 17th, 2024

• Time: 6:00 PM

• Location: Bards & Cards, Downtown San Diego

• Entry Fee: $20

• Format: Premier Constructed (Best-of-three matches)

• Player Limit: 16 players maximum

• Rounds: 3-4 rounds of Swiss pairing (depending on attendance)

 

Premier Format Overview

• Deck Construction:

• Leader and Base: Exactly one leader and one base.

• Draw Deck: Minimum of 50 cards.

• Sideboard: Up to 10 non-leader, non-base cards.

• Card Limits: Maximum of three copies of any one card in your draw deck.

• Match Structure:

• Best-of-Three Games: Matches are best-of-three within a 55-minute round.

• Deck: A minimum 50-card draw deck, one leader, and one base.

• Sideboard (Optional): Up to 10 non-leader, non-base cards.

• Supplies: Sleeves, tokens, and anything else you need for gameplay.
