We’re Sinking is a competitive, lightweight survival game for 3–6 players where teamwork is technically encouraged—but absolutely not guaranteed. Your ship is under attack by a fearsome enemy, water’s flooding in, and treasures are bobbing up from below deck like the ocean itself is hosting a yard sale.

Each round, you and your fellow “loyal” crewmates choose actions in secret. You can bucket water, patch breaches, load cannons, and try to fend off the attacker. Very noble. Very heroic.

Or… you can pocket a few glittering gems, grab some useful items, and let someone else handle the whole “not drowning” thing.

The tension is delicious. Do you trust the table to pull their weight? Do you admit you didn’t patch that breach? Do you fire the cannon—or fake it while stuffing treasure into your coat?

With a giant miniature ship taking center stage (yes, it’s glorious), custom dice, character sheets, enemy variety, and piles of treasure and water cards, this one hits that sweet spot between accessible and chaotic. It’s easy to teach, plays in 45–90 minutes, and works beautifully for ages 10+—making it perfect for family nights, friend groups, and anyone who enjoys a little dramatic betrayal with their board games.
